Luxury Travel Advisor | Independent Contractor with InteleTravel
1. Agency Relationship
Where Next Travel LLC (“the Agency”) operates as an independent travel advisor and acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel partners.
All travel bookings are governed by each supplier’s terms, service policies, and conditions. Where Next Travel LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or decisions of any third-party supplier.
2. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
All quotes are subject to availability and change until a deposit or full payment is processed directly by the supplier.
Pricing is not guaranteed until the supplier issues booking confirmation.
Expired quotes may require re-pricing at current market rates.
3. Payments
All payments are made directly to the supplier(s); Where Next Travel LLC does not hold or collect travel funds on behalf of suppliers.
Suppliers determine accepted payment methods and due dates.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and additional fees imposed by the supplier.
4. Deposits & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the supplier states otherwise in writing.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued by the supplier according to their policies, not by the Agency.
Service fees, planning fees, concierge fees, and membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, medical issues, delays, and other losses.
Declining travel insurance means the client assumes full financial responsibility for any losses related to travel interruptions.
Where Next Travel LLC is not liable for losses that could have been covered under travel insurance.
6. Documentation & Entry Requirements
Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including but not limited to:
Valid passports
Government-issued identification
Visas
Travel vaccinations or medical documentation
Failure to obtain valid documentation may result in denied travel with no refund from suppliers or the Agency.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Fees
Requested changes or cancellations may result in additional fees charged by suppliers and/or the Agency.
Once travel arrangements are confirmed, all changes are subject to supplier policies.
Agency fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellations, delays, or missed travel due to any circumstance, including weather, illness, force majeure, or personal choice.
8. Liability
Where Next Travel LLC is not responsible for:
Personal injury, accidents, health issues, or property loss during travel
Service interruptions due to strikes, weather, government actions, pandemics, or events outside supplier control
Delays, airline issues, cancellations, or supplier bankruptcy
Damage, loss, or theft of baggage or personal belongings
Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks and agrees to release the Agency from liability.
9. Client Responsibility
Client agrees to:
Verify spelling of names, travel dates, itinerary, and document accuracy
Communicate changes or issues in writing within 48 hours of receiving documents
Make payments before required deadlines
Review and comply with supplier terms
Failure to review documents within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance.
10. Membership & Concierge Services (If Applicable)
Memberships and concierge services provide enhanced trip support but do not guarantee upgrades or availability.
Membership, concierge fees, itinerary fees, rush fees, or retainers are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a payment, deposit, booking request, or electronic signature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all supplier policies involved in your travel arrangements.
