All travel payments are made directly to the travel supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, etc.). We do not collect your travel funds. We facilitate secure, direct payments only.

Yes. We specialize in coordinating:

Group planning fees may apply depending on the size and complexity.

Private Flights:
Private jet and charter services may be booked independently without a required vacation package.

Commercial Flights:
Commercial airline tickets can only be booked as part of a full travel package that includes hotel accommodations and/or curated trip planning.

Membership Exception:
Active members of our Private Travel Membership may request flight-only commercial ticket bookings for an additional Member Concierge Flight Fee.
This fee is required for standalone commercial flight bookings and is non-refundable.

We do not book publicly listed Airbnb or Vrbo rentals.
However, we do book luxury villas, condos, and private homes through trusted, insured travel partners — including properties available through the Expedia Group network, which provides access to select Vrbo inventory.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment against illness, cancellations, delays, lost luggage, weather events, or emergencies. Declining insurance means you accept full financial risk.

Suppliers determine all cancellation rules. Any additional supplier fees or penalties apply. Our agency fees are non-refundable, even if travel plans change for any reason.
